WARNING: By attending the event ("Event"), the ticket holder agrees to all of the terms hereof and on behalf of the holder and any minor accompanying the holder (individually and collectively, the “Holder”) assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event, and all other activities, promotions or events at University of Texas at Arlington (“UTA”) before, during or after the Event ("Ancillary Events") including, but not limited to, contracting an illness, the danger of being injured by equipment, objects or persons entering spectator areas ("Risks"), and further acknowledges that attendance at the Event and Ancillary Events is voluntary, and hereby releases, to the furthest extent permitted by law, UTA, the UT System, Board of Regents, together with their respective officers, employees and agents for any illnesses or injuries (including death) or loss of personal property resulting from such Risks or any incidents associated with the Event.
REVOCABLE LICENSE: No refunds or exchanges. This ticket is a revocable license. UTA reserves the unrestricted right to revoke this license for violating any UTA policy, including (list is not exclusive) entering prohibited areas, throwing anything, offensive language or disruptive behavior, or failure to abide by all posted signs and instructions of any UTA or Event official regarding public health. Audio/Video recording devices are prohibited. This ticket is only valid for the particular Event indicated. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Event date and time is subject to change. Everyone, regardless of age, requires a ticket. A 'No Re-Entry' policy is in effect during events. The following items are prohibited (list is not inclusive): weapons, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, outside food and beverages or containers, tripods, backpacks, duffel bags, hard sided suitcases, luggage, metal signs and pets. To promote the safety of all guests, bags and purses may be searched and metal detector screeners used at management discretion.
The Holder grants UTA permission to utilize the Holder’s image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.
