Elmo and Friends Say Hello
Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Cookie Monster, and their friends from Sesame Street are coming to your neighborhood to say hello! At Elmo and Friends Say Hello, sing, dance, and play alongside your favorite furry friends, all while you follow Elmo’s puppy, Tango, in a fun game of hide & seek. So put on your dancing shoes and make your way to where the air is sweet for this all-new celebration on Sesame Street!
Note: Children under 2 years old do not require a ticket to sit on a parent’s lap.

ADA Seating at Texas Hall
Please note: On the ADA ticketing page, ADA seating will appear as a set of four seats on the map. All other seating will be grayed out and not available.
The two seats on the outside of the four (seats 1 and 4) are auditorium seating, meaning these are actual chairs bolted to the ground like our standard seats. This is called an attendant seat in our ticketing system.
The two seats on the inside (seats 2 and 3) do not have chairs. These two middle seats are an open, flat platform meant to be used by those using a wheelchair, scooter, or other type of mobility aid. If you require a chair, please let Guest Services know as you enter the venue.

PHOTO EXPERIENCE UPGRADE
Meet the Characters of ELMO AND FRIENDS SAY HELLO!
In this exclusive post show experience, you and your family will have the opportunity to make a lasting memory of your visit by taking a photo alongside characters from ELMO AND FRIENDS SAY HELLO!
You will have the opportunity to purchase the Photo Experience after you add event tickets to your cart. If you wish to add the Photo Experience after you purchase event tickets, please contact the Box Office at boxoffice@uta.edu or 817-272-9595.
Admission to the performance is not included in the Photo Experience ticket. This is a separate upgrade that must be purchased in advance for each person attending the Photo Experience.
Here’s how it works: Photo Experience ticket purchasers should go to the Will Call window at the Box Office on the show day to pick up their passes and after-show instructions. Each adult and child (age two and up) in a group must have a Photo Experience ticket in order to attend. The Photo Experience will start shortly after the end of show.
Please make sure to bring your camera, as you will want to capture every moment!
Parents, please note that while most children are excited to meet their favorite characters up-close, others can feel frightened. If your child is scared or hesitant to meet the characters, we recommend moving to the back of the line; This will allow your child the extra time they may need to warm up to the characters and see how they interact with other children present.

**Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian. Each Child, Parent or Guardian must have a show ticket as well as a Photo Experience ticket to attend the Photo Experience.
