TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS
For Volleyball and Beach Volleyball events

The following UTATickets.com Ticketing Terms & Conditions ("T&C") set out the general conditions for requests, purchase and use of tickets available for all Volleyball and Beach Volleyball events (the "Event") organized and managed by UTATickets.com ("Ticket supplier").

In accordance with established protocol, the formulation of these T&C is to be regarded as a collaborative effort between the event organizer and the hosting competition venue. The Ticket supplier agrees that, as a minimum standard, the following elements must be incorporated:

1. Terms Of Use

Please be advised, the purchase and/or use of a Ticket to, and/or entry into, the Event Site shall constitute your unconditional acceptance to be bound by (i) these T&C (ii) Ticket supplier privacy policy https://www.uta.edu/administration/legal-affairs/privacy/privacy-notice), (iii) the rules of the Event venue. For the avoidance of doubt, Your presence at the Event will be governed by this T&C , the Privacy Policy and the rules of the Event venue.

Subject to the limitations of these T&C, Ticket supplier reserves the right to change, modify, or alter any aspect of the Event (including, without limitation, the appearance of any player or team, and/or the order of performance), at any time, for any reason whatsoever, without any prior notice or compensation to You.

You understand that the match schedule and/or lineup for the Event may be changed and that such occurrence shall not, under any circumstances, entitle You to any claim whatsoever, including, but not limited to, a refund for Your Ticket.

Ticket supplier reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time in its sole discretion, such changes being immediately effective.

2. Ticket or Pass

In order to enter into the Event, You must have Your own valid Ticket. One (1) Ticket is required per attendee and will only be valid on the day(s) of the Event and area(s) of the Event as indicated on the Ticket. You must submit Your Ticket for validation upon entry into the Event.

Any ticket or pass which is falsified, modified or mutilated is void. Tickets to the Event are strictly non-transferable and not for resale.

Children aged 2 and under if accompanied by an adult holding a General Admission ticket will be admitted free of charge as a General Admission spectator. A proof of age may be required.

3. Refund

EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU UNCONDITIONALLY UNDERSTAND THAT ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO TICKET REFUNDS AND/OR TICKET EXCHANGES.


Ticket supplier reserves the right to cancel the Event with no obligation other than to refund the price of the unused portion of the ticket or pass, only upon presentation of such ticket or pass.

No refund shall be made, in whole or in part, of the price of a ticket or pass nor any exchange of a ticket or pass for any reason, including any defect to the giant screens, displacement of grandstands, or any other circumstance, other than the cancellation of the Event before its scheduled presentation. Service charges are non-refundable. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no refund shall be made to individuals who are refused access to or removed from the Event site in accordance with paragraph 4 below.

There will be no replacements or refunds for Tickets that are lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged and You unconditionally accept the risk of damage to, loss of and/or theft of Your Ticket.

4. Access to the Event site is forbidden and shall be denied to individuals who, at Ticket supplier's sole discretion, fall into the following categories - Ticket supplier also reserving the right to remove any such individuals from the Event site at any time if:

  1. Those found to be under the influence of illegal drugs or any other illicit
  2. Individuals exhibiting signs of alcohol intoxication to the extent that, in the sole discretion of Event          staff, they are deemed to be impaired.
  3. Individuals who have previously faced bans from Event's activities or other gatherings as decreed by Ticket supplier, VW Volleyball World SA, FIVB, or legal authorities.
  4. Those engaged in the display of politically charged statements through signs, slogan-adorned attire, or related paraphernalia, including clothing, flags, flyers or posters.
  5. Individuals who disrupt the tranquillity or incite others to do so, or exhibit the intent to do so.
  6. Individuals involved in altercations or disruptive
  7. Those employing offensive or profane
  8. Individuals displaying any form of discriminatory or prejudiced behaviour, including racism, sexism, ageism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, nationalism, classism, colourism, or any other biases.
  9. Individuals wearing attire or carrying any object (including flags, flyers or posters) bearing obscene or indecent language.
  10. Those resisting the directives of event security personnel and security services or refusing to comply with searches.
  11. Individuals declining to declare and surrender prohibited items as specified
  12. Persons distributing non-approved flyers or posters either on or in proximity to the Event site.
  13. Individuals engaging in any form of ambush
  14. Individuals acting in contravention of one or more articles of these regulations or the principles underlying them.


5. The Event site enforces strict prohibitions on the following

Hazardous Items:
Firearms, weapons, ammunition, and related items
Explosives, detonators, and materials containing them
Offensive implements or objects that could be used as weapons
Helmets and items for concealing identity (except for specific exemptions)
Hazardous substances, chemicals, and gas canisters
Spray paint, corrosive substances, and flammable materials
Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, except baby strollers

Large Items:
Bags exceeding certain dimensions as per venue guidelines (exceptions for medical or justified reasons)

Animals:
As per venue specific guidelines (exceptions for medical or justified reasons)

Food, Liquids, Consumable Items:
Outside food and beverage items (except if acquired inside the venue)

Illicit drugs, narcotics, or stimulants
Empty plastic refillable water bottles over a capacity of 1 liter, or as per venue specific guidelines

Flags and Political/Offensive/Commercial Items:
Materials of a political, offensive, or discriminatory nature
Identifiers of gangs or designated groups by police authorities
Flags, banners, posters exceeding specified dimensions
Promotional or commercial objects, apparel, or materials


Electronic, Musical, and Telecommunication Items:
Radio frequency jamming devices and disruptive electronic devices

Unapproved radio transmitting devices
Musical instruments (unless preapproved)
Noisy devices like vuvuzelas, megaphones, and whistles
Laser beams, strobe lights, and similar light-emitting devices
Professional video and telecommunication equipment (with exceptions)
Mounts for photo and video equipment (tripods, monopods, 'selfie' sticks)
Drones and remote-controlled devices

Other Prohibited Items:
Any items that could be used as projectiles or compromise public

Ticket supplier reserves the right to ban any object of material which it deems, in its sole discretion, to be hazardous and to carry inspections, body checks and examinations on any person – including through the use of technical equipment – to ensure that they are not in possession of dangerous, prohibited or unauthorised items.

6. Guests at the event are not allowed to make, store, or transmit any recordings, video, audio, data, or information related to the event for professional use, including official timing, results, performance data, They cannot bring any equipment that enables such actions.

Personal electronic devices like non-professional cameras and phones are allowed as long as any recorded content is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Ticket supplier reserves the right to remove from the Event any individuals acting in violation of this paragraph 6.

 7. The acquisition and utilization of the ticket or pass shall legally signify for the holder:

  1. The acceptance of these Ticketing Terms &
  2. The acceptance of all potential risks inherent to the
  3. The commitment to adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring the safety and well- being of all individuals present, including spectators and event staff.
  4. The grant of consent to be filmed and photographed, with the understanding that these images may be employed for future promotional purposes by Ticket supplier, VW Volleyball World SA, FIVB, and/or any affiliated partner or stakeholder, without any compensation being owed to You.
  5. The acceptance that Your data may be transferred to third parties, especially VW Volleyball World SA (“VW”), with registered office in Lausanne, Switzerland, in order to allow VW to keep You informed about other Volleyball events that might be of interest to You and to analyze the interest, awareness and popularity level of the worldwide Volleyball events.
  6. The acknowledgment that neither VW nor FIVB shall bear any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any failure of another event attendee to adhere to these stipulated regulations.

8. Personal data (including but not limited to first name(s) and, last name, date of birth, email address, passport/ID, address and telephone number,) of ticket purchasers are collected and processed in accordance with the privacy policy of Ticket supplier https://www.uta.edu/administration/legal-affairs/privacy/privacy-notice) and of FIVB and VW (https://en.volleyballworld.com/privacy-policy)
